I learned how to cook at 11-12 years old when my late grandmother, may her soul rest in peace, would send me to the market with a list of things to get. She would sit at the door and give me instructions. And it was perfect. After a few years I started cooking for the entire family. From that time on to today’s date, I have never stopped cooking.

I’m Victor Dillon, the hands and heart behind Victor Spicy Flavour.

I started Victor Spicy Flavour 4 years ago right in the comfort of my home. What began as cooking for friends and family grew because people kept saying “Victor, this tastes like home.” I didn’t go to culinary school. I learned standing next to family, watching, tasting, getting corrected when the soup wasn’t right yet.

The kitchen was where we told stories, solved problems, and fed whoever showed up at the door. That’s where I learned that food isn’t just ingredients – it’s love made edible.

I built Victor Spicy Flavour because I saw a need in our community. People wanted the taste of home – real fufu & soup, grilled fish and chicken that hits right, kerba cooked the way grandma made it. But they didn’t have time, or space, or the hands to do it for 50, 100, 200 people.

So I stepped in. My motivation is simple: When the community gathers, the food should honor them. When it’s your birthday, anniversary, or convention, you should feel celebrated, not stressed.

That’s why we do full service – shopping, prep, grill setup, cooking, decorating, service. You bring the people, I’ll bring the flavor.

Every plate that leaves my grill is seasoned with the same thing my grandmother taught me: cook like everyone at the table is family. Because they are.
